1.0 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the B-Smart Portal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is provided by **Daniela Dev Corp** as a management infrastructure for **Buayan National High School**.

2.0 Description of Service

The B-Smart Portal is a school management system designed to facilitate enrollment, attendance tracking, and grading for Buayan National High School. The Service includes various modules for teachers, students, and administrators to manage academic and administrative data.

3.0 User Accounts and Responsibility

Users must authenticate via Google OAuth or other authorized school credentials. Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
• Ensuring that all information provided to the Service is accurate and up-to-date.
• Reporting any unauthorized use of their account or breach of security immediately.

4.0 Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of DepEd regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or the Service's infrastructure.
• Modify, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its servers.
• Input false or misleading data, particularly regarding student grades or attendance.

5.0 Intellectual Property

The B-Smart Portal platform, including its code, design, and features, is the intellectual property of **Daniela Dev Corp**. User data, including grades and attendance records, remains the property of Buayan National High School and the respective data subjects in accordance with Philippine law.

6.0 Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While **Daniela Dev Corp** and **Buayan National High School** strive for 100% accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any data loss, administrative delays, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

7.0 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct harmful to the school community or the Service's integrity.

8.0 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the **Data Privacy Act of 2012** and **DepEd regulatory frameworks**.
